1. Appearance of tapered pulley
(1. The surface of the conical sleeve pulley has been blackened according to the Blackening Inspection Specification;
(2. The surface shall be flat and uniform in color. The surface shall be free of damage, sand hole, air hole, crack, scratches, burr, and rust. See Inspection Procedures for Die Castings for details;
(3. The surface roughness shall meet the requirements, and there shall be no iron chips in the flywheel.
2. The tapered sleeve pulley's size shall meet the drawing's requirements.
(1. Measure with an inside micrometer, outside micrometer, depth gauge, and vernier caliper;
(2. Measure the surface roughness with the roughness comparison block;
(3. The thread and flywheel sleeve shall ensure straightness, and the thread accuracy shall conform to the gauge.
3. Trial assembly of taper sleeve pulley: roll the wheel body by hand. It is neither loose nor tight
(1. Stable operation, small and continuous movement, and no jamming of the rolling cycle; Abnormal vibration and movement are not allowed;
(2. During startup and operation, the belt shall not slip, and the belt and rolling parts can roll flexibly during load operation;
(3. Axial movement measurement: measure the movement of the shaft end with a dial indicator.
