3V Series Cast Iron Four-Groove American Standard QD Sheaves For 3V Belts

3V series four groove QD (quick removal) bushing block applies to 3V, 3VX, 3V belt, and 3VX belt. Their diameters range from 2.65 inches to 33.50 inches. Depending on the pulley size, they use JA, SH, SDS, SK, SF, or E QD bushings, which we also have in stock. Our four-groove 3V QD pulley is mainly made of high-strength 35-grade cast iron coated with phosphate and anti-corrosion paint.
