American Standard 3V Series Cast Iron Eight-Groove QD Sheaves For 3V Belts

3V series 8-groove QD (quick removal) bushing pulley is applicable to 3V, 3VX, 3V belt and 3VX belt. Their diameters range from 4.75 inches to 33.50 inches. Depending on pulley size, they use SK, SF, E or F QD bushings, which we also have in stock. Most of our 8-groove 3V QD pulleys are made of high-strength Grade 35 cast iron, coated with phosphate and anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure smooth operation of the machine.
