3V series six groove tapered bushing pulley applies to 3V, 3VX, belt 3V, and belt 3VX belts. Their diameters range from 2.65 inches to 33.50 inches. (1) 5V series V-belt
Classic 5V series V-belts have a top width of 0.63 ", a thickness of 0.53", and an angle of 38 °. In addition, the 5V V-belt is one of the oldest V-belts in the industry. Because of their long-term success and economical operation, they are also one of the industry's most widely used belt series. The high-quality 5V series v-belts we provide are manufactured according to ISO 9001 specifications. They are oil and heat-resistant and can be directly interchanged with other brands. They are composed of natural rubber compound and polyester rope, covered with a mixture of cotton and polyester, and have high durability.
(2) 5V series ribbon V-belt
The 5V series v-belts are part of the "classic" v-belt series because they are one of the oldest and most common styles. Our belts are manufactured according to ARPM standards and have excellent strength, durability, and performance. The top width of each 5V series v-belt (belt/rib) is 0.63 ".
(3) 5VX toothed V-belt
The top width of the 5VX toothed v-belt is 0.53 ", and the thickness is 0.53". Our grooved 5VX v-belts are manufactured with rough sidewalls to eliminate slip, improve efficiency and save operating costs. They are also manufactured according to ARPM standards and are oil and heat-resistant. The 5VX conveyor belt comprises high-quality neoprene compound and high-strength polyester rope, and the top fabric is made of a cotton polyester blend. In addition to the performance, durability, and energy-saving advantages, our v-belts will be used with existing vertical v-pulleys/pulleys.
(4) 5VX toothed V-belt

Because of its design, the belt 5VX toothed v-belt runs more smoothly, is more relaxed and is generally more durable than the standard belt C v-belt. How to avoid belt pulley overtightening?
Many customers spend a lot of effort removing the pulley, so it is easy to damage it during removal. This is usually caused by the belt pulley being too tight, which also accessible to affect the regular operation of the equipment. How can we avoid the problem that the pulley is too tight?
To solve the problem of over-tightening of shaft and pulley, the following two aspects are recommended:
1. Do not install the key first; Use an emery cloth to remove burrs and rust on the groove surface. If the burr is serious, repair the file with a file and install the pulley on the shaft without installing the key. Check whether the shaft diameter and wheel hole are too tight or cannot be installed. If the motor shaft is large, turn on the power supply to make the motor rotate, and then press it on the rotating shaft with emery cloth (pay attention to safety), which is convenient for electricians to maintain. Can you do that? In this way, the trim will not produce an ellipse; It will save energy and try installing. Apply lubricating oil to the shaft during each installation. The pulley can be pushed in by hand or knocked in gently with a hammer, but the pulley will not loosen.
2. Measure the depth of the keyway. This dimension should be greater than the thickness of the key. Otherwise, reduce the thickness of the key until the clearance between the key and the bottom of the hub groove depends on the size of the shaft. It is generally 0.2~0.6 mm (check the critical standard). Insert the key into the hub, and it should slide gently. If not, repair the burr or find out the cause of the repair, and then gently tap the key into the shaft groove with a hammer. The key needs to be replaced. During assembly, evenly coat lubricating oil on the pulley hole, shaft, and critical parts.
