Compact design and limited installation space due to the compact planetary gearbox design and partially integrated hydraulic motor make the transmission mobile GFW 5000 very suitable for restricted installation areas. The gear unit can be partially integrated into the wire rope drum, belt brake, and hydraulic motor. Therefore, they have an excellent protective position in the cable drum. The band brakes are optimally adapted to their respective nominal dimensions.
Hydraulic motor. High resistance and robustness: the more robust design of sizeable tapered roller bearings and all torque transmission components improves the machine's operational safety and the components' service life. In addition, Rexroth uses case hardened gears and tempered case hardened ring gears in this series of transmission devices. This ensures high durability, high service life (even under harsh working conditions), and quiet operation of the gear unit.

We have developed tens of thousands of specifications of planetary reducer/gearbox, drive device, rotary drive device, and winch drive device. The transmission ratio range is 3.3~9000, and the output torque range is 500~1200000 Newton meters. The installation, size, and performance parameters of the reducer are the same as those of famous European brands and can be replaced entirely and interchanged.
We have the most advanced testing equipment, such as a spectrum analyzer, tensile strength tester, impact value tester, and hardness tester, magnetic particle flaw detector, sand blasting machine, and heat treatment equipment for the detection of the chemical composition of rubber materials. In addition, the precision machining workshop has very advanced equipment: 23 CNC lathes, ten vertical CNC boring and milling centers imported from South Korea, one horizontal boring and milling machine, two ordinary milling machines, one grinder, ten drilling machines and taps, two semi-automatic saws, one coordinate measuring machine, one projector, one processing surface quality testing machine, and one mahr altimeter. All parts will be tested for material chemical composition, strength, and elongation. 80% of our products are exported to North America and European countries. The products apply to hydraulic cylinders, truck brakes, and engines, such as truck hydraulic cylinder ends, connecting rods, pistons, connecting rods, oil valves, oil seals, rubber seals, and brake valves. At present, we are providing truck brake parts for PAC brakes. Some of our main customers are Hunter engineering, Rocore, globe, tiger, tribal, fusion, Emerson, etc.
