3V series five groove QD (quick removal) bushing block applies to 3V, 3VX, 3V belt, and 3VX belt. Their diameters range from 4.75 inches to 33.50 inches. Depending on pulley size, they use SDS, SK, SF, or E QD bushings, which we also have in stock. Our five-groove 3V QD pulley is mainly made of high-strength grade 35 cast iron, coated with phosphate and anti-corrosion paint. All these are balanced at the factory to ensure the machine's smooth operation.

The daily inspection of pulley depends on these three aspects

If the belt pulley is not checked regularly, the machine will also be damaged for a long time and may be directly damaged in severe cases. Therefore, in daily use, we should check the pulley regularly. What aspects of pulleys should be reviewed?
Check the pulley in three aspects every day:
1. Pulley surface: all standard pulleys shall be weighed according to the standard. If the pulley surface is convex, observe whether the pulley shakes during operation. In case of vibration, the pulley must be replaced in time
2. Belt pulley: The belt pulley is driven by the belt, so we also need to check the belt regularly. After installation, we should first observe the tightness of the belt. If the building is too tight, the speed of the pulley will be affected. In severe cases, the motor shaft may be worn. If the installation is too loose, it may reduce the machine's working efficiency and cause slipping. If the belt is aged and the tension is low, we need to replace the belt in time.
3. Belt pulley mounting hole: the mounting hole of the belt pulley is in direct contact with the motor shaft, which is also an important part of determining whether the machine can operate. We need to regularly observe whether the mounting hole is clean and whether there are impurities in it. Because contaminants may damage the mounting hole, the pulley will not be used if the mounting hole is damaged.
