One-step Injection stretch blow moulding is a highly efficient plastic container molding process widely used in the production of high-precision, high-demand hollow plastic products (e.g. baby bottle, water bottle, medicine bottle, craft and special-shaped bottle, cosmetic bottle made of PET, PETG, PP, PC, Tritan, PS, ABS or PLA etc.). Its core feature is that the three steps of injection, stretching and blow moulding are completed continuously in the same equipment without intermediate steps, which greatly improves production efficiency and product stability.
