Working Principle
The baler operates on a continuous mechanical flow powered by the tractor. As you drive over the windrow, the spring-tine pickup reel sweeps the crop off the ground and forces it into the main chamber. Inside, a series of closely spaced steel rollers spin at high speeds, tumbling the incoming crop and packing it tightly from the core to the outer edge. Once the internal density sensor detects that the bale has reached its maximum compression, it activates the tying mechanism to wrap the spinning bale with twine. Finally, using the tractor's hydraulic controls, the operator opens the heavy rear tailgate to discharge the finished bale onto the field.

Q1: What are the hydraulic requirements for my tractor? A: Your tractor must have at least one set of double-acting rear hydraulic remotes. This is necessary to power the hydraulic cylinders that open and close the baler's tailgate.
Q2: Can I use standard twine purchased locally? A: Yes, the automatic binding system is fully compatible with universal agricultural twines, including natural sisal and synthetic polypropylene (plastic) twine.
Q3: What happens if the baler gets jammed by a large object? A: The machine is equipped with a PTO shear-bolt. In the event of a severe jam, the bolt will shear off to instantly cut power, protecting the gearbox. You simply clear the jam, replace the bolt, and continue working.
