The quick tractor hitch is suitable for tractors, mainly for Level 1 and Level 2 tractors. It can be installed without damaging the tractor. The three-point quick connection device is made of alloy steel, with high strength and compressive strength. The tractor's quick hitch enhances stability by thickening the base plate and welding triangular steel plates. The detailed design of the quick-connect sleeve is very user-friendly. High compatibility No need for drilling Hard alloy steel reinforced structure Easy to operate

What is a quick hook?
Quick hooking is an important tool in many industries. It allows quick attachment and removal of accessories from the drawbar of the machine without the need for a hammer or other tools. This makes it particularly useful in construction applications, where buckets and accessories can be replaced several times a day.
The quick hitch has a pin attached to the bucket arm of the excavator to quickly and easily replace accessories. This is particularly beneficial for operators, who can change the bucket on the excavator up to 30 times a day to maximize the productivity of the machine.
QH is a mechanical latch device that works by holding the lower pin of the accessory in place and making it easy to remove from the excavator bucket arm (see Appendix 2). This means that the operator can replace the bucket or accessory without stopping work, walk backward to the drawbar, and then insert the pin, which may take several minutes.
It is important for the machine owner to properly install and maintain the QH. If not, the equipment should be returned to the original manufacturer for inspection and possible replacement.
QHs, come in different types, depending on the manufacturer and the type of machine installed. The most common is semi-automatic (Appendix 2, Photo 1). As an additional safety measure, it requires the operator to leave the cab after operating the QH latch to insert the retaining pin.
Some semi-automatic systems also have a separate locking system that uses hydraulic pressure to lock the latch in the closed position, but this is not always effective because when the latch is unlocked, the operator cannot see the pin protruding from the side of the hook or confirm that the safety pin is locked.
The main risk of QH failure is that the bucket is separated from the hitch, which may cause injury to the operator or other personnel on site, and damage the hydraulic lines near the hitch. A large number of accidents investigated on excavators are attributed to the separation of the bucket from the QH, which is why it is important to properly install the QH and for the operator to fully understand its operation.
To prevent the risk of QH failure, operators should receive adequate training in the use of manual safety pins and always insert them. Operators should also be familiar with the machine and ensure that their authorized personnel are present when operating the QH.
Alternatively, the operator can set up a management system to check that the manual safety pins are always securely inserted and that there are instruction cards or manuals in the machine cab. Written policies or risk assessments should be attached to determine the operator's responsibility for managing QH safety.
Agricultural machinery can be adjusted through a quick coupling device. Quick-connect devices can be applied to many different brands of agricultural tools. Specifically, it can be applied to all agricultural machines and tools that meet the international standards for three-point linkage, including but not limited to lawnmowers, lawnmowers, cultivators, seeders, harvesters, and so on. In addition, many agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturers also provide customized accessories for quick coupling devices to ensure the adaptability of agricultural tools and improve the coupling efficiency of agricultural tools through optimized design. Therefore, you can ensure that your equipment is compatible with fast-hitching devices by selecting standard three-point hitching agricultural tools or agricultural tools designed for quick-hitching devices, thereby improving agricultural production efficiency. Our hitches can be used on the following agricultural tractors: John Deere, Kubota, Case IH, and Mahindra......
Quick Hitch Factory
Our factory is a professional manufacturer of various agricultural tools. Our products can meet the needs of farmers, whether they are large-scale farms or household planting. Our product range ranges from basic hand tools to more advanced mechanized equipment. Among them, our three-point quick connect device is particularly popular because it can quickly and safely connect to tractors and provide some of the functions required for more efficient crop cultivation and traditional farm operations. Our production processes strictly follow high-quality standards to ensure that our products can provide long-term stable performance and reliable use. We are willing to help farmers better complete agricultural production through our efforts and dedication. CAT 2 (Category 2) Three Point Tractor Quick Hitch Manufacturing Materials - The manufacturing of quick-connect devices requires metallic materials such as steel and aluminum. The manufacturer must first purchase and manufacture these materials for production. Machining - Quick connect requires machining, including milling, drilling, turning, and riveting. Manufacturers need to equip machines and equipment to complete these processes, and track batches and inventory, to ensure smooth production. After assembly - machining, the manufacturer needs to assemble all parts into the quick hitch, including hydraulic parts and other additional parts. Proper installation and assembly may require robots and other advanced automation equipment.
It should be noted that these steps are only general guidelines, and the specific removal and installation steps may vary with different Quick Hitch models. Always make sure to follow the instructions and installation steps for the specific Quick Hitch model to ensure a safe and correct installation. Operate according to the operation manual.
