The TYC series ultra-high efficiency rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor that exceeds the IE4 efficiency standard is our company's latest green energy-saving motor. It adopts high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials and frequency conversion technology, encoderless vector control operation, and internal magnetic steel structure. It has the advantages of high efficiency, reliable operation, and good installation interchangeability.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
Simple and reliable structure: encoderless vector control, can achieve smooth stepless speed regulation from 0 to 1.5 times the rated speed, and can achieve unlimited start and stop.
High protection level: IP55 protection level eliminates the disadvantage of permanent magnets of motors with lower protection levels absorbing iron dust and blocking the air gap.
Strong anti-demagnetization ability: Adopts internal magnetic steel structure and designs a higher maximum demagnetization working point.
High power density and small size: The permanent magnet magnetic field of the motor rotor and the rotating magnetic field of the stator run synchronously without slip loss. The stator winding does not need to absorb reactive current from the power grid, which greatly reduces the motor loss and temperature rise. Under the same power and torque, the motor mass and volume can be reduced by 70%, and the frame size or center height can be reduced by 1~2 levels.
Ultra-high efficiency operation: Really ultra-high efficiency, the efficiency meets the Class 1 energy efficiency standard specified in GB/30253-2024 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors", and the efficiency is higher than the IE4 efficiency standard value (stray loss is based on the recommended value of the 112B method). Products that meet the IE5 or higher efficiency standards can be provided according to user needs. At the same time, the motor can provide excellent efficiency in the full range of speed or power range.

Advantages of Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Three-Phase Synchronous Motors
High Efficiency: This is a critical advantage. Because the rotor field is generated by permanent magnets, no external excitation current or rotor-related copper losses (I²R losses) are required. This significantly reduces the total motor losses, which significantly improves efficiency, especially over a wide operating range, including light loads. Efficiency is typically over 95%, which contributes to significant energy savings.
High Power Factor: PMSMs have an inherent power factor very close to unity (1.0). This means they absorb less reactive power from the grid, improving the overall power quality of the system. High power factor reduces line losses, frees up capacity in the distribution system, and eliminates the need for external power factor correction equipment.
High Power Density/Compact Size: Rare earth magnets have an extremely strong magnetic field. Compared to induction motors, PMSMs are able to produce more torque and power for a given volume and weight. As a result, the motors are more compact and lighter, which is essential for applications where space and weight are critical.
Excellent dynamic performance: Due to the simplified rotor structure (no windings), PMSMs have lower rotor inertia and higher torque-to-inertia ratios. This enables faster acceleration and deceleration, and more precise control of speed and position. They respond quickly to changes in load and command signals.
Accurate speed and position control: As synchronous motors, their rotor speed is proportional to the supply frequency, with no "slip". When combined with advanced control systems such as field-oriented control (FOC), PMSMs provide high-precision, stable speed regulation and very precise position control. This is critical for demanding automation and robotics applications.
Low noise and vibration: The absence of rotor windings and slip, combined with precise field control, enables PMSMs to operate very smoothly with minimal noise and vibration.
High starting torque and overload capability: Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) are capable of very high starting torque and have excellent overload capability, enabling them to smoothly accelerate heavy loads and withstand brief overloads without losing synchronization.
Low maintenance costs: With no brushes, slip rings or rotor windings (which are sources of wear and heat in other types of motors), PMSMs are generally less expensive to maintain and have a longer service life.
