Agricultural Upper Knife For Class Baler
ORIGINAL baler knives are precisely matched to the chopping system comprising the blade, housing, and rotor. These components must work in optimal harmony to optimise the machine's productivity. ORIGINAL baler knives are manufactured to precise specifications and offer the maximum output capacity in all operating conditions. A high tolerance for foreign objects ensures their high output.
ORIGINAL baler knives
The ORIGINAL upper balers are designed and manufactured to optimize the chopping system's performance, consisting of the rotor, chopping housing, and blade. These components are precisely aligned to ensure optimum interplay and maximize machine productivity. The edges of the ORIGINAL upper balers are manufactured to exact specifications. Their tight tolerances provide maximum output despite varying operating conditions.
The ROLLANT 400 family of fixed chamber balers is available with 25-knife cutter bars and hydraulic MPS PLUS technology. They set the bar industry standard for power, and offer 51 t/h throughput. These balers are built to last and feature high-quality parts and automatic pressure control. They are easy to maintain, with minimal downtime and reliability. Floor and knife lowering function
The floor and knife-lowering function of the upper blade in a class baler can be regulated. A set of springs 118 prevents the knives from returning to their retracted positions. The knives can be raised or lowered by actuating a lever associated with the knife-lowering mechanism. The knife-lowering mechanism is controlled by a latch assembly 88 on each side of the machine. The levers 78 and 82 are located on the side of the blade bed 50. The levers 78 and 80 are attached to the knives. The knife bed 50 can be adjusted to a predetermined height with levers. Those levers can be manually operated, or the machine can be programmed to automatically adjust the knife height. The levers control the height of the blades.
ROTO CUT cutting rotor
A class baler's ROTO CUT cutting rotor ensures the best crop quality and shape. The cutting rotor runs with 14
individually secured knives for optimal forage cutting. It features a drop floor for ease of fitting and removal. In addition, the PRO rotor has an early warning alarm. The cutting floor is hydraulically adjustable and is fitted with a crop flow sensor.
The new 450 baler from a leading manufacturer features a 360-degree ROTO CUT cutting rotor. This cutting rotor provides high-quality bales, and its wrap and tying system ensures maximum edge coverage. The baler also features a COVERED XW wrapping system with an extra-wide wrapper, allowing the wrapper to cover the edge of the bales for superior wrapping performance.
UNIWRAP film wrapper
The UNIWRAP film wrapper for class balers offers multiple benefits. Its innovative technology allows it to wrap bales in six
layers of stretch film in just 35 seconds. The bale holder folds hydraulically, so it's easy to access. It also features a film
cover to protect the wrapper from sunlight. Depending on the model, a film wrapper can be used in upper or lower knife configuration.
The UNIWRAP film wrapper for round balers includes an easy roll ramp for loading the rolls. The foldable roll ramp can accommodate rolls up to 50 kg. The film is available in different thicknesses and lengths. It provides COATEX film with a roll length of 2,000 m, a width of 1.40 m, and a thickness of 17 um. ROLLANT 400 UNIWRAP machines produce round bales with a 1.25 to 1.35 m diameter and a width of 1.20 m.
