3V series single groove QD (quick removal) bushing block applies to 3V, 3VX, 3V belt, and 3VX belt. They Diameters range from 2.20 "to 19.00". Depending on the pulley size, they use JA, SH, SDS, or SK QD bushings. We still have stock. 2. Before assembling hexagon socket head bolts, they should be cleaned and wiped with gasoline. Do not apply lubricating oil or grease on the bolt or screw hole to ensure that the bolt has sufficient friction and self-locking capacity after tightening.
3. When installing the three hexagonal socket bolts, tighten them in sequence to ensure that the conical sleeve receives uniform axial force and that the pulley and conical sleeve are well placed on the same axis.
4. Before installation, check and measure the length of the hexagon socket head bolt for assembly to ensure that the assembly bolt can bear the bottom of the blind hole of the conical sleeve after being tightened to ensure that the conical surface is closely matched and ensure that the bolt is subject to reverse thrust at the bottom of the blind hole, to achieve double locking effect, the same as the nut.
