Product Description

The repair machine adopts Siemens 802D CNC system, with dual axis full closed-loop control and a fully Chinese interface. It has the characteristics of compact structure, simple operation, high forming accuracy, and high efficiency. Suitable for repairing various types of grinding wheels, including gear hobs (standard, pre ground, and pre shaved), sprocket hobs, synchronous pulley hobs, and forming milling cutters.

Applicable scope
1. Involute gear hob:
Types: gear hobs, pre shaving hobs, pre grinding hobs, involute spline hobs, etc.
Scope: Module (m0.8~m8)
2. Non involute hob:
Types: rectangular flower silver roller, triangular spline roller, sprocket roller, pulley roller, contact roller, single arc roller, double arc roller, etc.
Scope of application: Within 20mm of full tooth depth
3. Forming milling cutter:
Types: involute gear milling cutters, concave convex semi-circular milling cutters, lock end milling cutters, blade root milling cutters, wheel slot milling cutters, spline milling cutters and other complex tooth profile milling cutters.
Scope of application: Full tooth depth less than 20mm, width less than 50mm.
